Have you ever walked a labyrinth? It serves as a path or a passageway from where you are to where you’re going.

Depending on one’s emotional state when stepping onto the path, a labyrinth walk can be calming, healing, releasing, centering, or clarifying. Most who walk a labyrinth (and we all do whether formally upon one or not) can sense the Life beyond themselves.

It is key to be consciously aware of our Life Force or Source of Life.

Yet most of us do not have a strong muscle built for living with this level of daily connection. No matter what we’re doing, who we’re with, or where we are.

With the primary purpose of bringing the Sacred to the mundane.

Of bridging the gap between our humanity and our Divinity.

Of healing, forgiving, and transforming energy back into the Love that it is.

This is the most valuable skill to cultivate bar none. Every else is made better with this skill.

Being connected to the Life Force that heals is vital at this point in time and no one is exempt. It’s available to every single person willing to ask and the sooner the better because it is a Law of Your Life to ask and accept more of who you are.

The degree to which we press the snooze button on this primary Law of Life, is in direct proportion to the degree to which we experience pain and suffering.

Signs that it’s time to ask and accept can show up as one or more of the following:

• Health problems getting more intense
• A sense of hopelessness, despair, or depression
• Chronic anxiety, stress, pressure, tension, worry and doubt that Life is going to work out in a good way
• A spinning mind that may cause you to feel the need to control outer circumstances
• Having a hard time staying in your body or remaining ’embodied’
• Difficulty ‘connecting’ to your heart and to others and holding the connection
• Feeling you have little to offer, don’t deserve, or feelings of unworthiness
• A sense of “not enough”…whether that be not enough time, energy, money, possibilities, love as well as the general feeling of not being good enough in reference to any subject.
